Conflict between money and learning?
This is weird and it's supposed to be. Currently i am working in an agency and i feel i am working way too much at a very meagre salary. I feel i should switch but i am here just for learning, but the meagre salary is making me question everything, like if it's actually worth it all.

a wise boss of mine told me once: early in career optimise for learning not for growth, not for numbers, not for money. Later in the career, plan, hunt and optimise for growth and numbers.

How much early is it applicable to? And at what stage we should start hunting for numbers?

How much time you have spent in your org?
what is the scope of learning in next few months?
Will you not learn in your next org? (With more salary)

1st job -6 month 2nd job 1 year 3rd (current) - 3 month
Scope of learning - 6/10 That becomes a difficult question because i joined this organisation because i wanted to work under this specific person due to his expertise in my field. I wanted his mentorship. I don't know if i can learn or not.
