I have 2 offers. 1 from Persistent Systems for New Relic client with offer of conversion after 1-2 years. On the other hand I have an offer from Synamedia.
Persistent CTC Around 30 + 0.5VARIABLE Synamedia CTC 26.5 Fixed + 2.5 variable+ 2(Joining Bonus)

Persistent was good earlier, now its not. People working here are living in fear of losing their job. Layoffs are happening very frequently.
Persistent's whole business depends on people it hires correct? Are they losing clients or something else is leading to the layoffs?
They lost few projects and cost cutting was another factor. They are reducing active resources from most of the project. It all started a year ago when management chose to run behind money than employees. Since then everything is going on a toss.
