Trending @Infosys; Confirmation Status

Hello People,

It's 3 months now I am in Infy, joined as lateral. Under confirmation status tab in infyme, it says your confirmation will start in 0 days. Also in the tab my reporting manager details were reflecting earlier but now another associate details are getting reflected who is not my manager, he is reporting manager of my manager.

What does it mean ?
