When I reach home manager, he doesn’t know about the process of nomination for promotion. When I reached HR, they are confirming you are already eligible and names have been shared to BU. Is that means can I confirm, will receive promotion in upcoming quarter. Peers pls confirm, IYK.

We received a email know your HR. In that we have the details of Hr names and I contacted in teams.

HR will share the eligible candidates list to your senior manager and then the senior manager or home manager needs to nominate or confirm the promotion from the given list, they may confirm all or only selected ones based on the project budget.
