In the infyme it's coming probation evaluated by manager there tick mark is not there

In my case I didn't contacted any one for confirmation. After completion of six months, within 1 week I got confirmation mail.

he is right, he needs to provide valid reasons for extending probation.which is rare, it takes a month.
