Will negative feedback from my previous project lead affect my current project or the upcoming VP in December??
Negative feedback is not a good sign.. start finding new job immediately coz you are at a risk of being at the bottom of bell curve.. All the best..

Yes as i mentioned my previous manager was very toxic and micromanaged things…. He mentioned in the feedback like i did not update the daily task wait till reminder and taking a lot of sudden leaves

Yeah…. My old project management is very toxic even my colleagues are also trying to get release from that project when i raised my voice he released me with negative feedback
My PMO was good she said that I will not get VP for sure and No Hike this year and if the situation is worse then they will put in PIP
Yeah , I too even got negative feedback from my old project lead, extremely toxic environment , unfortunately my present project lead also believing the feedback and got some impression
Results for all people for this PA cycle are released or still we have to wait ?
When do we get the VP in November or in December?
