Trending @Cognizant; Concern Regarding Workload, Communication Issues, and Upcoming Appraisal

I received a rating of 5, but currently, I’m experiencing a heavy workload that’s beyond my capacity. I’ve been working more than 15 hours a day regularly. I have raised this concern with my manager multiple times, but I haven't received any proper response.

At this point, the relationship between me and my manager is not going well, and he’s not communicating with me properly. Considering this situation, I would like to understand... even after receiving a rating of 5, is it possible that my manager could hold back my upcoming hike in August?
