Trending @Cognizant; Concern Regarding Promotions on Hold Till October 2025

Hi everyone,

Today, I got a call from a friend who mentioned that their friend heard from some director-level people and senior HR leaders that promotions are globally on hold till October. This has left me quite confused.

I spoke to one of my friends in HR, but she’s a junior executive, and she said there hasn’t been any official communication about this yet. However, the other person claimed they received confirmation from senior HR leaders.

Does anyone have any clarity on this? Could this vary by business unit, or is it the same policy across all of Cognizant? If anyone can check through their sources or has more information, it would be really helpful.
