Concern Regarding Probation Extension

Hi everyone, I recently received an email about a 60-day extension of my probation period, mentioning that it was due to performance. However, I’ve been on bench for almost a year since joining Accenture as a fresher, and I haven’t received a single project call or allocation so far. It’s quite disheartening to see this being linked to performance when we haven’t been given an opportunity to work on a project or prove ourselves.Would really appreciate any guidance or suggestions (ASE Level 12 | SAP ABAP trained)
