Concern Regarding Lower Quarterly Performance Bonus After Promotion

I’ve noticed a significant drop in my Quarterly Performance Bonus this time. I was previously receiving around ₹44,600 consistently. However, after my recent promotion to C3A, This time I received only ₹16,000.

I was expecting either a similar or slightly higher bonus due to the promotion, but this drop is quite surprising. Could someone help clarify the reason behind this? I’d really appreciate any insights or if there's someone I should reach out to directly for more details.
