Trending @Accenture; Concern Regarding 90-Day Notice Period and Job Search Constraints
I would like to raise a concern regarding the current 90-day notice period policy. I am exploring new opportunities, but most recruiters and hiring managers require immediate or short-notice joiners (15–30 days). Due to the mandatory 90-day notice, my profile is being rejected even before the interview process starts.
I would like to understand: • Whether the company allows notice period buyout / reduction, and under what conditions. • If it is acceptable to resign in advance and use the notice period to interview and secure a job.
This long notice period is heavily impacting opportunities and career growth. I request clarification or possible flexibility regarding the policy.

If u getting tons of calls then put resign and try. I hope u have 6 months finances ready. You will get job wuthin that period. Other thing u can try is put 30 days notice. When asked mention 30 days notice due to project over. Once received offer contact accemture Hr say u have mental health issues and need roll off, force it through. Just wait for roll off. Say u cant work forge medical papers. Take roll off and drop resign and you'll be released hopefully. If not released from project, drop paper then say u have mental health issue and need immediate break. Force it through. They cant hold u.
Or buy out.
Spend 10-20k to forge documents. Accenture cant stop u if u have health reasons. Ask them either give leaves or let go
