As employees, we fully understand that the 100% Certification initiative is beneficial for our career growth and aligns with the organization’s vision. However, the current execution of this drive is creating significant pressure on employees.
While certifications are important, many employees are simultaneously managing project deadlines and client deliverables. The constant follow-up through emails, messages, and reminders along with strict deadlines makes it challenging to balance both responsibilities effectively. In some cases, employees who do not clear the certification on their first attempt are required to pay for the second attempt, which adds to the stress.
We request the company to kindly consider providing employees with more flexibility, sufficient preparation time, and supportive measures, rather than creating daily pressure. A balanced approach would not only help employees achieve certification successfully but also maintain productivity and motivation in project work.
