Trending @Infosys; Concern About Transfer From STG to Topaz Unit

Hi everyone, I am currently part of the STG unit, but I’ve now been transferred to the Topaz unit. I’m not familiar with how things work in Topaz, especially regarding promotions. STG is known as one of the most impactful units in Infosys, and I was genuinely happy working there. This sudden change has made me a bit concerned. Will I get the same opportunities here in terms of promotion and career progression? I’ve heard that STG is the only unit that offers a 60% hike from L1 to L2. Also, what happens if I choose to decline or not accept this transfer? Any guidance or insights would be really helpful. Thanks!
