Trending @Accenture; Concern about promotion
Hi team,
I have over all 3.2 years experience in Accenture. I'm still waiting for my promotion. When ever if we connect with manager he told that from 2023 to 2024 FY cycle there is no hikes for Sri Lanka and Indian employees. This mail already circulated like wise he mentioned. After June I again connected in July then I asked him whether I will get something this time. Then also he mentioned still we did not get budget allocation. Once it will get to know only we have idea. If there is chance I will definely look on you first like wise. This is over all my concern. Some one please let me know whether this time I will get promotion or not.
It's definitely frustrating when there's no guarantee of promotion, especially after waiting for so long. I was in a similar situation where I waited for two years but didn't get promoted, so l eventually decided to resign. If you're not seeing the growth you deserve, it might be a good idea to consider other opportunities. That said, weigh your options carefully before making any decisions.
