Concentration in work from office
How do you guys manage to concentrate and work with mindfulness in high noise work from office environment?
I have tried putting earphone and listening to music but that too is distracting for me

Get in early. Focus time 10-1. Have lunch. Go back home at 3. Focus time 4-6.
You’re probably distracted as you’re used to other habits which lessen the attention span.
Re-look at the problem statement and provide your available solutions first.
