Can anyone tell me how much of hike can be expected from CON - SCON?

Got a promotion letter. But the revised letter is not updated...

Also if we are given hike for promotion, will the annual hike be given??

It's a progression letter and there won't be any hikes for progression. If you get promotion from one level to another then hike will be around 10-20%. Ex: Moving from JL5A to JL6B is a promotion. Moving from JL5B to JL5A is not a promotion but it is called "Progression".
