I'm a Consultant, when I get progression to Sr.Con I don't get any hike, can I apply for Con bridge ? If I clear will I get 10% hike? Please explain this

We are not talking about progression here... We are talking about getting on SCON from Bridge and i dont think it would be just 10% with all that procedure of almost 6 months.
