Trending @Infosys; Compre Exam

All of a sudden, I received an email from Lead-BPHR stating that I have to give a compre exam. However, there was no mention of a role change. When I asked him personally on Teams, he said that ETA had instructed everyone on the bench to do this L1 and L2 certification. Does this mean that in the future, or maybe in the next quarter, they will change our roles or have a mass promotion? I am right now JL2A so my next role change would be JL3B.
