Can anyone tell what will happen if compliance raised by HR for not attending WFO.

Normally QVA deducted but it depends on your luck too.

Except QVA deduction nothing will happen right.

Because of some family urgency I required WFH but they are denying that’s why I choose not to go office then they threaten me that HR will raise compliance if u won’t go.

No, only got this message from my manager that “If I won’t go to office HR will raise compliance on behalf of me”
