Complex relationship with weekends

Is it just me or are any if you in a conversation with yourself at 6pm on a Sunday if you did justice to the weekend that went by?

Last weekend I stretched myself physically and socially on Saturday so Sunday was a redemption.

This weekend I barely moved myself and am on this spiral.

Hard to reach a point where I’ll possibly be fully satisfied with the quality of weekend spent 🥹
