I have completed my 30 months in cognizant on 27th feb 2025. I am in a project right now. I had asked my home manager regarding promotion, he told that i am meeting all other criteria only 30 months criteria i need to meet, and expect promotion on april. is it true? and this 30 months criteria is from the day we became PA or PAT?
