Today out of the blue my HM called me to inform on teams that I will be getting promoted from PA to A soon .
He asked when did u complete 30 month I told him this month only. Then he told it will be effective from next month . Wait for official mail.
Is this happening with me only or others have also been intimated by their HM .

Congratulations bro I have also completed 30 months this March 13 but my manager did not inform me about anything about PA - A promotion
