Hi All, Just now completed 1 year, and a lot of work pressure. I know for some of you this is normal at the beginning, but literally I can't sleep at night thinking about the work , I can't spend quality time with my family. I know by telling these kind of words doesn't change anything, but need some suggestions from experienced people. Earning 26K , that too minimal savings in hand, is this is reality I need to accept and move on?

Hey whatever it is discuss with your manager and don't hesitate to mention the same lines with him or her. This is not a good sign for your health and future. Please take action and help yourself by prioritizing well being.

Ofcourse yes what where you expecting??? This is a "JOB" job means naukari which Naukars do.
Just like we all want to purchase products in cheap price like food clothes etc. which takes hard work to produce.
Similarly companies wants people who work in cheap price nothing wrong with them.
The wrong is with you who was expecting King treatment while choosing to do job of a servant & now complaining......
My tone might sound Harsh but I'm the most honest & technically accurate person you'll ever meet in your life

Move on bro I have seen freshers having an package of 15 LPA that too they are not that technically sound - upgrade your skills and hustle

I would say you are a lucky one. I am daily getting ping over teams from freshers for project. I would say, utilize this opportunity....learn and switch......you are one of the few lucky freshers who get to do something in there first two years of career....all the best 🙂
