What abt the work from home policy in Capgemini. I have started going to office but due to some family reasons i need to work from home for around 1.5 month. Is it feasible?

As said before, all depends on your manager. Until anyone asks you come don't talk about going to office, if some one ask you to come to office then talk to your manager with proper justification, that y u can't come to office.

All depends on your manager, if he/she approves then you can do wfh.
