Trending @Infosys; Complaint on an Infoscion

Usually I'm a chill guy, don't bother much of Politics or Religion. Never took any SM content too serious.

I'm a type of guy who ignore the hatred content on the SM platforms and just move on, considering the other person is sick.

But I've been seeing a Guy posting "death threats to Indians", this is unacceptable and the person working with us.

Even though it's an anonymous platform, I have enough evidence in the form of screenshots that could expose him in just one day if the case is taken seriously.

As a responsible citizen, I'm thinking of filing a complaint so that the authorities can take action or provide him with psychological therapy if needed.

Is there a way to complaint through AHD ?

Infosys maintains a strict code of conduct that applies to employees' behavior, both within the workplace and on social media platforms. While the publicly available information does not specify a rule explicitly mentioning racial slurs, the company's policies emphasize maintaining a respectful and harassment-free environment. The Infosys Code of Conduct states that the company prohibits harassment based on race, color, religion, disability, gender, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, genetic information, military status, or any other legally protected status.

Furthermore, Infosys has a zero-tolerance policy towards inappropriate behavior on social media. For example, in 2020, the company terminated an employee for making an inappropriate post related to the coronavirus outbreak.

Given these policies, using racial slurs on social media would likely be considered a violation of Infosys's code of conduct, potentially leading to disciplinary action, including termination.
