Complaining about Team lead
If team leader not behaving properly or not guiding properly and doing partiality,then what should we do and where should raise complaint?
I faced the same situations.Who are experienced and are working in that project for long will ask you to email him for any help , keeping lead/supervisor in cc. After helping he will keep that email for appraisal discussion so that he could get very good band. Pathetic environment I ever faced in TCS. Leave TCS please please.

Not possible bro ,he is even not wanna talk to us and try to ignore,just assigns work abd then tum tumara dekho
First, try discussing the issue directly with your team lead. If that doesn't work, you can escalate the matter to HR with documented incidents.
