Competency in iEvolve

Hi everyone, i am getting email from HR from past 1 month to complete atleast 6 E1 competencies and 1 E0 competency by March 2025 in iEvolve. And yesterday, she escalated that email to my manager and seniors to complete by 20th January.

I am trying very hard to complete it at the earliest. Please suggest, is the date is changed from March to January? Will it impact my appraisal since it is my first appraisal here in TCS after 2 long years of working hard. Don’t know much about the process.
