Compensation will I get after 2 year in TCS?

I joined TCS as experience candidate So in TCS after completing anniversary I didn't get compensation so now I'm 2nd year completion did I get some compensation other than appraisal and how much??

No compensation, if it was there..then its been discontinued. You have a retention bonus which you get on your anniversary which is already a part of ctc. That it.

And I’m assuming nothing for the other experienced candidates who didn’t have any retention bonus as a part of their CTC?

Yes I haven't heard of anything..

discontinuation of this component happened as I know.
