I had a discussion With my HR( DFS) he told me that He dont have any update regarding the compensation letter.

When HR is not having any update then Who can provide the update?

I have worked l&t infotech and tcs
I was thinking those are bad service based companies, but after 2 years in HCL I was feeling HCL is the worst. Leaves are less comparatively
Salary structure often changes based on higher management mood Increment is very low and late that person will lose hope
HR is useless as usual
Managers are clueless on what to do next
