Trending @HCL; Compensation Update

From whom you got the update? Very worst. Last year they started rolling out from november end. Now december end. Next year January end And so on

In the hcl, managers are fools and they are making team members fools as well.. my manager is giving a date since September end and now we are standing in dec .. only god knows about the hcl hike letter and hike percentage .

We crossed mid-December, but no sign of a hike. Does anyone have any updates?

Guys from last few years , letters are updated on 22 December this is what I heard and I also recvd on same day last year .
This year also it will be same . Save your time by asking RM / Managers / HR .This is for E2 band
