Sabse jyada gareeb tho C3B wale hai ..gaaribi aur zimmedari se thake hue aur kaam se bhi …C3B ko include karna tha ..C4 and above walo ko exclude karna tha kyuki ameeri C4 se shuru hoti hai jo 20-25 saalo se tike hue hai aur Mercedes aur audi gaadiyoo mai ghumte hai
C3B is like Middle Class... Na idhar ke naa udhar ke.... 😁
It means 80% of the workforce is C1Y C1 C2 and C3A which has a eligible grade and rest 20% contains C3B and above also some people who don't have a grade
I have good example, today one glass bangle got broken from joint. I thought, I will stick together by giving gas heat for certain duration. I was checking continuously does joining of bangles is happening and i thought it worked and feel happy. Then, after few seconds joints got apart.
