It is not project dependent. There will be pay matrix for each country and role. Irrespective of your offshore salary, you will get onsite salary as per matrix. By the way, what is your onsite location?

I don’t think you will get anu hike onsite as I know people who are oniste and zero hike. They will give various reasons
