Compensation revision for CEO but not us
How come Tcs has provided increment of 4% to the CEO but not to anyone else? Why is no one protesting in Tcs for this? We should all protest!
Even if CEO gets Hike why you are comparing with him.. If u have good skill. Try outside.. Else stay here.. No use in protests.. Tcs has retained some people even in this period by revised compensation letters
Totally nonsense, getting hike every year is part of the process and I’ve got A band, I’m skilled enough to get hike. And what does it mean to say if you’re skilled enough try outside, it’s my right to get the hike for the work I’ve done here. This organisation has been there for decades and most people are working here from a long time, this organisation is making use of them and not giving them hike, we have all the right to protest.
This CEO should get out immediately
