Does anyone know or heard anything about compensation revisions yet which is usually expected in April. Not sure even this year they will give a hike or not. Quite a pathetic situation.

Am working from almost 3yrs here, and am still not able to figure out what kind of cycle do they follow, when they release hike letter...when they do what... Completely clueless... Sometimes it feels am Inthe only one 😔

Usually infy will send revised compensation letters by Jun/ July. It may change sometimes like last year it was rolled out in Nov.

I have seen quaterly results announcement meeting on April 18 th , maybe they may discuss on that meeting
