Compensation Revision 2025 😰
Seeing a lot of ungenuine posts in this group regarding compensation. Honestly guys it's not a joke for everyone, especially struggling people like me, so can everyone please honestly post whether they got compensation revision.
People who replied for A,B,C are from other universe?? 🤔
Last year they got D band and this year they must have got A/B/C band so they got compensation letter. With the D band last year their CTC got reduced and now with the revised compensation letter they got their original CTC again.
No option to change. Once clicked it's done
@ReturnNullisLife Band depends on the upper management of the account and how the account is performing financially ofc. But the compensation letter depends on corporate HR. I did get A band this year but yet no revised compensation letter till now. I got to know from this thread that people who got D band got revised compensation letter. We all got done dirty by corporate HR

Heard that there is a Dip in the salary for those who got D Band
Boss, there is a difference between releasing the Band and releasing the compensation letter. I didn't hear from anyone in TCS that they have received the compensation letter on mail however Band details have been released
You need to speak to more people! D band people have got the revised compensation letters with reduction in salary

I got C Band bro but i dont know my manager kept for compensation revision, still their is no update
