Bro when people got promoted they will receive more than 30% hike ....... generally 30-50% .

So if your job level increases and you get 15 % then sorry for you it's too bad.

And you receive hike 15 % that is not possible infosys itself claiming they have given 10% hike max check you check newspaper article.

There are 2 possibilities with you :

1. They have given less hike when you got promoted and with annual hike they have balanced you so total 30% and if they have given you 30% at the Time of role change /job level change then you will not be eligible for annual hike..

2. Second possibility is that you are lying and you are from infosys who manages social media.

1). I joined Infosys as fresher in Nov 2020. In July this year nearly everyone who has good billing got promoted to JL4. I have 100 other guys in WA group who got promoted and recieved same hike. We also confirmed with seniors that we get 15 - 20% when promoted from JL3 to JL4.

2. Regarding CNB, in same WA group it was confirmed that "Competent" rating in last performance cycle fetched 10 - 15% hike. It depends on your unit. Like ADM got 11% and my unit IVS-FS got 15%. I know other 2 guys who also got 15%. "Met Expectations" rating has fetched single digit hikes.

Start preparing for interview and get 80-100% hike

If you already get a hike this year more than 30% then you will not receive the mail

Or in oct 2023 your competency level is approved to increase but the letter for that will be issued on jan 2024.

So its depends upon various factor
