Yoe: 5+ years College: Tier 2 Current offer: Salesforce: 81 (58 base+15%bonus+14 lakh stocks) Booking.com is also offering similar compensation, yet to have the final conversation.

Is it possible to upscale these numbers, what are the margins and where I can negotiate, and any advise to upscale these figures.

I am planning to quote 70 base and 20 lakh stocks to booking.com leading to 1cr total figure. And get a similar number from sf.

Ps: this is a rigorous 10 months grind result and it had taken a big toll on my mental and physical health, just want to close it on the higher side so I don't have to look around for the next 3-4 years at least.
