Compensation received but is it normal?

I got a band A now received only 4.5 %, one week back I rejected new role( they want me to do that new role along with my existing role)given to me in my project due to some personal stuff. Is that the reason for such low ball? I am a c2 grade. Can some one tel this is normal or not?

You mean they were putting you in 2 project?

No., in the same project, along with my role they wanted me to take a new role where additional responsibilities will be there along with my existing role
