Those who received Hike or promotion for them compensation plan is updated on AllSec payroll portal
I have a query here, I am an ASE and my CTC when joining was 4.5 LPA (3.83 base & including 25K Joining Bonus).
Now if my Based is increased to 4.23 LPA, what will my CTC be?

Don’t be much bothered about CTC. Ur actual package which u would get without any restriction is 4.23… Over this the Variable pay gets added, which is around 16% in ur level .. joining Bonus is one time, not relevant from next year..
I see no point in staying here anymore. After getting promoted as a Team lead, there is a 13% hike in the fixed component. But here’s the catch, about 50% of the total Hike what I got is allocated towards Gratuity. So the effective hike is only 7% , this is the worst promotion hike ever…. anyone else facing the same issue ?
How much time it takes to reach from level 10 level 9
Overall exp should be around 5.5- 6 yrs… sometimes it even takes more.. if u have overall 6 yrs of exp, and u r consistently performing well, then ask ur manager for promotion. Although I see no point in hardworking for promotion. Prepare and switch company
