That's no hike. You must have clicked and resubmitted your comp plan when the window opened for restructuring.
The Allsec page opens every month to update your CTC (if any changes) or tax regime selection till a few months after the start of new financial year.I am not sure till which month but what you probably see is your old CTC and nothing changed yet. Every 18th of the month it freezes since after that you can't do any change hence it shows last update as 18th May I believe
Again is this showing same for all .. then cannot figure out.

Yes for me also it's showing last updated on : 18th May , I haven't touched this page for a long time and I didn't receive hike in last November , I joined one year ago. In compensation plan there's no change its same like before. So it might be a glitch ?

Guys, wait two more days and enjoy your weekend. We all know we're going to get peanuts; why check in advance and ruin our weekends? I know we're all excited to see hikes and variable pay, but for most of us, we'll get the same variable pay as in December and a single-digit hike.
I think it's a glitch from backend system Nothin else.
