Compensation letters still pending for anyone ?

We might need to wait till 2 weeks .... they'll definitely give us for sure...that's what my unit HR Head told me!!!

I got response from HR today, they told that if we are falling in TCS retention cases then our compensation in under review .... They'll rollout within 2 weeks for us

Not sure ...I still haven't received

Got to know that people who have received a revised compensation letter or promotion within the last 2 quarters have not received the letter yet. It might be under some kind of review. Gut feeling - they'll mess up the hike for such cases as well.

Even HRs are not responding on the cause

Any clue for the missing cases ? Are they still being rolled out ?
