Trending @Infosys; Compensation letters pushed to next quarter?
Checked with my manager regarding compensation letters. HR mentioned they are not fully sure yet since the decision is with leadership, but it might get pushed to next quarter (Apr–Jun). Anyone else hearing the same from their UNIT?

It was always in next quarter. I see some positive developments happening. Higher level folks are asking for top performers , high DQ folks. Could be differential hike coming in next quarter.

Yes, hike were usually in Q1, pre covid. Post covid I think infy gave only 2 to 3 hikes, so infy trying to push thr hike cycle to pre covid

Actually that's the normal cycle Infosys follow for hike , which got disrupted during covid
