

Compensation letter released today for me.
This year I got D band even working relentlessly through out the year and our client have one monitoring tool installed in the client system whether tracking the productive hours for us.(8hrs productive in the system) Even my RTO is 100 percent through out the year. They have removed the monthly and quarterly pay from the current package and my current package is less than my joining package while I joined tcs.
Friends, please suggest what to do now? If I start for job change,what will I say to recruiter regarding my CTC. This will impact for my next company joining?

Here's a game plan for you which you can use.
Right away take a copy of your previous 3 months and 6 months statement. Also your joining compensation letter.
Put in your papers. Especially if you have enough exp. If you are below 30 don't even think twice. Then look for job elsewhere.
See issue is staying here and the moment you get your first decreased salary it will impact your future prospects unless you have really essential skills the company will overlook it.
While your on your NP companies will ignore the decrease in recent pay out. They will take your 3 to 6 months statement as proof of what you are getting not the current ctc.
Heard people do this and jump with 200% hike as well. And please don't worry about the market situation right now. You can upskill yourself during your NP or even after. See if you feel you are not having the right skills now then even if job market becomes good you will be in a comfort bubble and your decreased pay will impact you.
Believe in yourself and take the leap. Great things will come soon. Just grind and remember this day and age Talent >>>>> anything. Service IT will only learn this the hard way and it is not our job to sit and teach them losing out elsewhere.

Resign it brother. If other company ask you ctc, it is pending still. Other company don’t need your band info. They need you and you showcase your ctc(without d impacted) and tell them you are waiting for revised compensation and this thing all world know it.
