Compensation letter released today for me.
This year I got D band even working relentlessly through out the year and our client have one monitoring tool installed in the client system whether tracking the productive hours for us.(9hrs productive in the system) Even my RTO is 100 percent through out the year. They have removed the monthly and quarterly pay from the current package and my current package is less than my joining package while I joined tcs.
Friends, please suggest what to do now? If I start for job change,what will I say to recruiter regarding my CTC. This will impact for my next company joining?
Please, please suggest guys,I am not feeling well.
