4% for band A with no change in In-hand pay!!! Performance bonus which at the best will be 50% of eligible amount. Other IT companies not ready to wait for 90 days... Fucked up life!!!

Move to bench and get released from tcs within 2 weeks only I have total 10+ years experience out that 7 years in tcs as BPO 2 grade as senior process associate however my current TSC CTC 4.77 is just like joke even have b b a b b c banding, however I took release from current project gave interview outside of tcs and got an offer 13 lpa directly..

I have received a 6.8% hike for A Band..

How means?? Obviously it depends on your learning and execution of tasks assigned to you. I am holding the position of Solution Architecture and involved myself to keep learning on new technology..
In simple words give your best and the result output comes accordingly...

- Stop going to TCS offices.
- Go back to your hometowns.
- Stay at your own home.
- Save money in paying rent.
- Save money in paying ultra high standard kids schools and other domestic bills
- Let the QVA go to zero .
- Work only during scheduled office hrs and demand for double pay per hrs in case of extension asked by managers.
- Don’t pick any official calls in your out of office hrs
- Force the manager to do 1-1 discussion every month and set expectations.
- Don’t except any ad-hoc extra work and let it come through SOW.
- If manager miss behaving then escalate immediately to the senior leadership immediately via emails.
- Don’t trust. Verify yourself and move on.

Received ****ing peanuts 🥜🥜 I don't know how do TCS expecting the employees to be satisfied without even matching the inflation!! This is pure atrocity and zero concern for employee welfare. Everything is only in papers, banners and advertisements and nothing in real 😂 Tata bye bye consultancy services.
