Compensation Letter Received
Can anybody who got D last year confirm if the performance based pay has been restored? I have received my compensation letter and they have removed the performance pay entirely.
Friends in the comment section do you have any news about performance pay restoration post D band?
No not yet received the latest compensation letter got d band last year same cuts this year got b band
Once compensation letters are released we can get to know whether it's restored or not
Can ask release from project for different skillset they put?
Nobody with Band A & B and I think with C as well not received compensation letters yet
I think only D band Associates received the compensation letter for them to be updated about what are the components removed
I have also disagree in the speed. The status is still pending now. How can they send the compensation letter? Please suggest if I start attending the interview what I will say to recruiter regarding current CTC? I have joined tcs last 3.7 years. After getting the compensation mail,my current package is less than my tcs joined package. Friends, please suggest me if you have any idea?

I have raised disagreement For D band which I received. If band gets changed after discussion with reviewer will I get a Revised compensation letter ?
Yes, today I got the performance letter they removed monthly performance pay and quarterly performance pay. Any one can suggest if I switch somewhere it will impact ? Because my offers salary is less than my current salary after getting the compensation letter? Please suggest,I m feeling very confusing.
