Compensation letter is out for C3B and above

Very bad actually..I felt I shouldn't have opened the compensation letter itself

2% for B grade and they are hiring new folks from outside.

C4& C5 ~ 2%

4% for A band

3% for band B

3% for B band

Got 6.7 percent

The amount which they have deducted in QVA is more than the hike which they have given.
