Compensation letter for C3A grade.
Hi, Are all C3A grade associate have received compensation letter? I have not received mine. Although I have received performance band.
Yes , I have got it , and got the pay as per new compensation!
Funny part is when I compared my Apr 2024 salary with my Apr 2023 salary, I found that after this peanut hike I have got less salary this time. And that is because of less QVA received 🙃

Not all associates C3A received letter. Letters will be released in batched, please wait for some time. Quote unquote response by HR.
I think first year joinee no compensation
Any how they will give 4% or less(b band) . So y they taking this much time for this super hike?
Send email to your Unit HR copying unit owner and management. They will atleast check and let you know the reason. Even I haven't got my compensation, I'm c3A. They said it's due to RTO.
Bhai kya karega letter ka. 15 20% CTC kam dekhoge usse to acha hai jaisa chal Raha hai waisa enjoy Karo. lol
