Trending @HCL; COMPENSATION LETTER .

I joined HCL in February last year and haven't received any hike since then. If anyone has information about when I might get a hike or a revised compensation letter, please let me know.

You can receive the letter mostly in March, but it will be effective from April. I also joined in Feb 2022 and got the letter in March 2023. So sharing this insights basis on my experience.

I have join the HCL in June 2022 but the same thing I also face there is no hike in my salary also even HR was not answering they did not have any update since October 2024
