Compensation letter
@All, compensation letter has been sent. I would like to know how much increment for A & B band this year. I got B band and got around 4%, any reflection, any concern !!
Got D band. 19% salary decreased. I am a C3A
If you are compliant to everything, you can reject the band recieved with valid so and so reason.
Bloody fraudsters are sitting on upper management. Keeping crores of CTC to themselves and snatching people hard earned money on the name of D band. Tcs bad phase will start now
How TCS is going to face the world after what they have done to their employees by reducing their packages? It never happened anywhere in other IT company. Will there be any consequences of this? Last time when they fired employees their image went too bad in the market.
